Equality and Diversity Policy
It is SUSTaim's policy to treat all employees, job applicants, and everyone who we affect in the course of our business fairly, equally, and with dignity and respect regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion, age, disability or union membership status.
SUSTaim will ensure that no requirements or conditions are imposed by us without justification which could disadvantage individuals purely on any of these grounds.
SUSTaim's policy applies in particular to recruitment and selection, terms and conditions of employment including pay, promotion, training, transfer, and every other aspect of employment.
Procedures and selection criteria will be reviewed regularly to ensure that individuals are selected, promoted, and otherwise treated according to their relevant individual abilities and merits.
SUSTaim is committed to the implementation of this policy and to ensuring that the policy is, and continues to be, fully effective.
Overall responsibility for this policy lies with the Managing Director. However, all staff are required to comply with the policy and to act in accordance with its objectives, to remove any barriers to equal opportunity.
Any act of discrimination by employees or any failure to comply with the terms of this policy will result in disciplinary action.
