Registration

 

In order to use some of the services offered through this Website (e.g. newsletters, updates), you must first register through the Contact page. During registration you are invited to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services that you have expressed interest.

 

Project participants may also be invited to register and may be provided with username and login details for the SUSTaim SharePoint. These are for the use of a named individual only and must be kept secret at all times.

 

SUSTaim Limited is the sole owner of the information collected on SUSTaim.com. SUSTaim Limited collects personally identifiable information from our users on our Website, through our correspondence and our market research.

 

Ownership of and responsibility for any information that is uploaded to the SUSTaim SharePoint will remain with the original author. SUSTaim is deemed to be granted a license to use and pass on that information however, subject the terms of the appointment agreement for the particular project in question.

 

Survey

 

From time-to-time we may provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys through our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as post code).

 

We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys; that company will be prohibited from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
